“We aim to save lives by providing a rapid emergency response and ensuring defibrillation is available in the local community, during the critical minutes before an Ambulance arrives.”
Billingshurst Emergency Assistance Team, 2025

We manage over 30 Public Access Defibrillators, which are maintained, monitored and serviced by us, available to you, should the worst happen.

We are committed to our training and development, undertaking continuous professional development, to ensure you, get the best help possible.

We each fill a minimum quota of 20-hours per month, responding in partnership with South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECamb), who dispatch us through a 999 call, to any appropriate incident we are able to provide support with.

We raise funds and collect donations for our charity, to ensure that our training equipment, PAD Sites, website, social media and other costly things are up to date, relevant, and easy to access.

We dedicate time to working with other community groups, such as the Scouting Association and Women’s Institute, providing them with CPR, Defibrillation and First Aid awareness sessions.

We host community events, whereby anyone can attend and undertake training and education on CPR, Defibrillation and other First Aid topics.
